Terms of Service

808 Automated Funnel Hub LLC (DBA Linchpin Funnel Hub) is currently undergoing a rebranding to Kapwa Funnels. We thank you for your patience and support during this transition.

1. Overview
By engaging with Linchpin Funnel Hub, now transitioning to Kapwa Funnels, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern the services provided, the responsibilities of both parties, and the overall project expectations.

2. Services Provided

  • Services include but are not limited to: funnel building, automation systems, website design, and monthly management services.
  • Monthly management services cover post-project completion for 30 days, focusing on managing analytics, data, and making minor improvements based on split test results.
  • All services will be clearly stated in a signed contract prior to the start of any project.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for bringing paid or organic traffic to the funnels and services provided by Linchpin Funnel Hub/Kapwa Funnels. The provider is not responsible for filling memberships, increasing awareness, or managing paid ads.
  • The client is responsible for providing timely access to resources, information, and attending scheduled calls to ensure project completion.
  • If the client changes the project scope mid-project, a new contract will be drafted or the current contract will end based on the agreement between both parties.

4. Payment Terms

  • Projects require a signed contract and the first payment to be made before the project begins.
  • Payments may be made in 1-3 installments over 30-day increments.
  • If the client delays project completion by not providing needed resources, an additional payment equal to up to the first month's payment may be required.
  • No refunds will be provided, as these services require time and effort that cannot be recovered. However, up to three revisions are allowed within the scope of the agreed services.

5. Project Completion and Revisions

  • All services are provided at the highest quality with up to three revisions, as long as these revisions fall within the original scope of the project.
  • The project will continue for the remainder of the paid month if the contract ends early, with no rushing to complete phases not covered in the agreement.
  • Any changes to project direction will require a new contract.

6. Termination

  • Clients may terminate the agreement at any time as long as that month's payment has been made. Services will continue for the rest of the paid month without any rushed completion.
  • If project phases extend beyond the original timeframe due to delays from the client, additional payments will be required.

7. Confidentiality

  • All information shared between the client and Linchpin Funnel Hub/Kapwa Funnels will remain confidential. The provider will not share any client data with third parties without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Linchpin Funnel Hub/Kapwa Funnels is not responsible for the client’s ability to generate traffic, conversions, or sales through the provided services.
  • The provider is not responsible for connecting payment processors or handling any payment-related integrations for the client.

9. Governing Law

  • All services and contracts are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas, USA.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Linchpin Funnel Hub/Kapwa Funnels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to clients via email. Continued use of services following any modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
